There was a wide range of food for breakfast, it was great! This accommodation had a very central setting in the restaurant we had a choice of continental or fully cooked breakfast. Moreover, it's near surrounding nearby golf course, and "downtown" Reefton.

    Nothing not to love.

The staff and the owner were super friendly and welcoming. The double room I stayed in had awesome showers, comfy bedrooms, and a big fridge. The café served up a great variety of fresh breakfast meals. 🌟

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The hotel is located right in the center of town, making it convenient to explore all the attractions within walking distance. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, and the housekeeping ensured that our room was always spotless. We were impressed by the range of amenities available, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a comfortable sitting area. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great bonus, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay. The garden furniture was a nice touch, providing a peaceful spot to relax and unwind. Additionally, the hotel offers a shared kitchen, which was perfect for preparing our own meals.

This hotel is highly recommended for families.

This historic building in the heart of a charming town has everything you need for a comfortable stay. the communal kitchen and lounge allow for meeting like-minded travelers while your private bedroom and en-suite provide the perfect retreat. the included breakfast at the nearby cafe is a treat with full English or toasted muesli options. Don't forget to explore the town and grab a cold drink at the pub across the road.

Although there were no major issues with the room or service, the king bed is soft which may not suit those with back issues.

On Xmas day we received two very delicious treats from the hotel staff which were a very nice touch. the location of the hotel was convenient and we were able to easily access nearby attractions. the room was cozy and comfortable, making for a relaxing stay.

The lack of amenities provided in the room. There were no toiletries offered, which was inconvenient.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the heart of a charming town. The attention to detail was impressive, with spotlessly clean rooms and a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the area and there was ample parking available. The included breakfast was a great start to the day, with plenty of delicious options.

    No complaints, everything was perfect.

the location was great, with a cafe next door where I had a delicious breakfast the next morning. the room was comfortable and the bathroom, although an old safe, was well renovated.

My room had a window looking out onto the Main Street, which made it a bit noisier than I would have liked.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a charming bed and breakfast in the heart of a small town. The accommodation, known for its historic ambiance and attention to detail, was truly outstanding. The rooms were beautifully decorated with old mining town antiques, creating a unique and cozy atmosphere. The amenities were top-notch, with a well-equipped shared kitchen and a communal lounge where guests could relax and socialize. Additionally, the breakfast provided at the nearby café was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of options to satisfy every taste. my experience at this bed and breakfast, named after its location, was exceptional and I would highly recommend it.

Can't fault anything about it. 👌

I recently stayed at Reef Cottage for a weekend getaway and had an amazing experience. The check-in process was seamless and the staff provided a thorough orientation. The room was spacious and cozy, with a comfortable bed and a lovely seating area for reading. The modern bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The shared kitchen area was stocked with everything I needed, including tea and coffee making facilities, chilled water, and even some sweet treats. The breakfast served at the nearby Reef Cafe was delicious, making for a perfect start to the day.

    Would recommend this hotel.

Stayed downtown, had access to a well-furnished shared lounge with a television and a balcony. Breakfast was delicious and was served in a cozy cafe. The bathroom had an excellent shower, and it was modern.

The room was quite small, and the bed barely accommodated two people. There was no proper sitting area, and the Wi-Fi was poor.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of town. The historic building has been beautifully renovated and each room has its own unique style with en-suite bathrooms built into walk-in vaults. The attention to detail is impressive, from the comfortable beds to the nice TV in the room. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The breakfast that is included is delicious and sets you up for the day.

Soundproofing could be improved, but it doesn't take away from the overall experience.
